Design of air conditioning facilities, sanitation and fire control for casino structure for preservation dated 1912, at an area of approx. 5,000 square meters.  Energy center of 450 cooling tons with 4-pipe system including sea water compressors.  The structure includes gambling halls with roulette machines, slot machine, restaurants, kitchens, warehouses, showers, refrigeration rooms, ventilation and heating facilities.  The scope of the project: 3.2 million Euro.
