A.M. International has been engaged for 32 years in provision of consultation, design and supervision services for mechanical systems in the industry and public structures field.  Part of the Company's activity focuses on design of complex agricultural projects.

The office team includes senior engineers that specialize in a wide variety of projects with emphasis on environmentally-friendly construction and efficient energy.  The team has substantial knowledge and experience in design works, advanced analyses using computerized tools and CFD computer simulations, as well as provision of supreme supervision services for the projects we design.
Avi Menashe, the Company founder, has extensive academic background in the field of energy and climate control systems in agriculture.  As a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering, he has engaged in teaching and instruction in the subjects of climate control in agricultural, cooling, granary storage and drying of agricultural produce, air conditioning and cooling systems in certification studies course, as well as supervised final projects of bachelor degree students at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Tel Aviv University and the Technion in Haifa.

Our services are based on constant contact with the client and study and understanding of the project requirements, assistance to the client with programmatic characterization, presentation of alternative solutions, budgetary estimate for the alternatives, as well as design of the solution based on the client's characterization.  As part of the consultancy and design services, the senior office staff accompanies the client professionally, from the early design stage until the detailed design stage, publication of the tender documents, analysis of the price bids and selection of the contractor along with the client.  During performance of the project, the senior office staff companies the construction until the stage of receipt and approval of the facility.

During the last three years, we have been engaged and specialized in environmentally-friendly construction as regards construction materials, efficient energy systems, water recycling, improvement and upgrading the thermal envelopes of buildings and certification of structures according to IS 5281.  The office is in the midst of the certification process for receipt of LEED.
